Mr. Lovlie has held executive and non-executive board memberships at a number of public companies but his most recent roles include a decade of service as CEO of Edina Business Consultants Inc. and, earlier, a tour of duty as CEO for Edina Accounting Services Inc.
Mr. Lovlie earned a Master’s degree in Mathematics and Engineering from Schou's Technical Institute, Oslo, Norway where he graduated with honours.
